With Pumula you get a CDL-A (tractor trailer licensed) driver who has driven horses on 3 continents with 27 years driving experience.


Who is driving my precious cargo?   


Owner and operator, Rowan, is a horseman with more than 37 years of  experience.


What if I need to speak to the driver en route to find out how my babies are doing?     


Rowan does more than that. Customers are contacted at load time, again halfway through the trip, and again when we are  close by.

Is it truly "door-to-door"?  


Because of our trailer size we are able to get up the tightest of drives. We will NEVER ask you to meet us at some Interstate truck stop or at the end of some dirt road.

How long is the trip really going to take?
  
With Pumula you never have more than two other horses on board. We do not criss-cross states, doing multiple drops and pick-ups. No "Greyhound" bus service for your precious cargo.
  

Is the shipper legal?      


Yes, we are a small company, but Pumula is 100% legal. We are fully compliant with  DOT and have Motor Carrier Authority with the requisite of $750,000 insurance.

How comfortable is it going to be for my horse? 


Pumula Horse Carriers uses a gorgeous Hawk 2 plus 1 gooseneck. There is not a more spacious trailer on the market. It is huge inside with two forward facing stalls, which can configure to a box stall, and then an additional  box stall up front. No slant loader here!
