My horse had been through a frightening ordeal with another horse transport company when he was a colt. He's now 11 years old and he still gets nervous on the trailer even
for short distances. You can imagine my concern over having him transported from New York to Tennessee (almost 700 miles). With my husband and I permanently relocating, leaving him behind was not an option. After reading the numerous testimonials on Pumula's website, I decided to contact Rowan. He immediately answered all my questions and put my mind at ease about moving my horse cross country. He kept me informed throughout the day as to how my horse was doing and what time he planned on arriving. Rowan will not stop to sleep at a motel or grab a bite to eat at a restaurant while he has a horse in his care. Who else does that? No one! The horse's health, well-being, safety and comfort are his only priority. Never did I worry about my horse while he was in Rowan's hands, and believe me, after what my boy had been through as a young colt, that speaks volumes for the respect and admiration I have for Rowan and his professionalism, experience and knowledge.
